On this occasion, Amrit Kheer was also distributed in the bright light of the moon consisting of sixteen arts.The chairman Dhamtari unit, Yogesh Gupta told that the unit organizes Sharadotsav every year. Senior member Ramesh dev told that, The members of Youth Hostels first went to old age home and provided food to old age home people. By interacting with them, the members created unforgettable happy moments of their life. After that everyone had dinner and got acquainted with the new members. On this occasion, people showed their talent and personality by sharing their experiences of singing songs, poetry and activities of youth hostels. The newly joined members were made aware of the activities of Youth Hostels. State Chairman Sandeep Seth and Secretary K. Subramanyam congratulated the members for the successful completion of the program.
2302021-202217-10-2021BILASPUROne day trekking, training, boating & plantation program at KHUNTAGHAT near RatanpurYHAI Bilaspur Ad-hoc unit CG state organised one day trekking training boating plantation program at KHUNTAGHAT near Ratanpur on 17th Oct 2021 . Program started with favous KARMA dance of Chhattisgarh, followed by a trek of 11km in dense forest. Around 50 participants joined the program. Team did plantation in the premises. Program ended with Boating for all the participants. Chief guest was Mr Atal Shrivastava , President, Tourism department CG state. He said that he will help and promote all YHAI activities in CG state. He is also YHAI LIFE MEMBER now. Participants from Bhilai , Bilaspur, Jagdalpur and Korba participated in the program. The program was organised under the leadership of Mr Shailesh Shukla, Convener Bilaspur unit CG State. State Chairman and State Secretary Sandeep Seth and K Subramanyam also participated in the program and had long discussion with President Tourism department for promoting YHAI activities and providing many new facilities for YHAI programs.
2312021-202202-10-2021KORBAShankar Khola trekking , training, plantation and Clean Drive programOn the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi YHAI KORBA UNIT CG state organised one day trekking and training program to Shankar Khola. This program was organised for multiple events together. Firstly before starting trekking we planted many saplings of Mango, Guava, Jamun etc at various locations . Then the team started to have a trek in dense forest . All the participants saw the beauty of nature in this forest. While returning team members performed clean drive program and collected 2 sacs of polyethylene and disposed them accordingly. Team also distributed fruits , eatables and helped the Poor's old age peoples by giving them some CASH. Team members present in the program were Sandeep Seth, Satish Shukla, M L Sahu, Mrs. and Mr. Shailendra Namdeo, Mrs and Mr. DB Subba, R S Sahu, Anita Chacko and other new participants. Junior members Paras and Ayush and Amal also participated in the program. At the end, Certificate distribution was done to the participants.

2332021-202226-09-2021KORBAYHAI Korba Elections 26.09.2021 2021-2024Tri-annual elections of Youth hostel association on India Korba unit CG State was held successfully. Tri-annual elections of YHAI KORBA unit was held on 26 sep 2021 at Zee technology Budhwari korba. Mr. E Jayan was appointed as election officer. Two scrutiny officers Mr Tribhuvan Kaushik and Mrs Neelu subba were also appointed. All the members were elected unopposed. The Elected body members for 2021-24 are President- Satish Shukla, Vice President - 1. Dr. Sanjay Tiwari 2. Manoj Mishra. Chairman - Sandeep Seth, Treasurer- Mr D B Subba, Secretary Mr Shailendra Namdeo and organising Secretary Mr. Vijesh were nominated by the chairman after discussion with the elected body members. Other nominated committee members are Shyam Kewat, Adventure Promotion committee , Mr Vikas Patel Environment Protection committee, Mrs Reena Mishra Cultural program committee . Mr Mohal lal Sahu, Mrs Renuka Sahu, Mr Rahul Gupta were nominated as executive body members. Chairman Mr Sandeep Seth informed that korba unit is working very effectively in CG state and asked the members to be ready to organize or participate in any program or event scheduled by the YHAI. Unit President Satish Shukla asked the members to make short trekking program every month. Secretary Shailendra Namdeo declared next program for 2nd October at Shanker Khola Korkoma and gave vote of thanks. Mr K Subramanyam was election observer from CG state. He congratulated all the elected/nominated members.
2342021-202222-09-2021KORBAPeace for Sleep" YHAI Korba jointly with CG state brnch participated in International Peace Day on 21st September 2021 and distributes meals to the needy childrens.Yhai Korba unit along with CG state branch also participated in the program Peace For Sleep.Food packets were distributed to small childrens on the international day of peace. The program was held Near Sani Temple station road.Satish Shukla unit President along with active members Mr Vijesh, Mr Bipin Misra, Mr. Shyam Kewat were present in the program. Junior members Vihaan and Vitul were also present in the program. State Chairman and Secretary Sandeep Seth and Subramanyam K congratulated all the team members for successfully conducting the program.
2352021-202221-09-2021RAIGARH YHAI CG state with its Raigarh unit conducted the program "SLEEP for PEACE" on 21.09.2021YHAI Raigarh Unit along with YHAI-CG State successfully celebrated International Peace Day through an unique activity like SLEEP FOR PEACE DISTRIBUTION OF FULL MEALS TO ORPHANS AND OTHER NEEDY CHILDREN at Raigarh on 21st Sep 2021.YHAI Raigarh arranged packed meals and our Team distributed around 30 packets of hot & healthy meals to the needy children of the area. Children expressed their happiness by getting this service from us and our main objective of conducting this nationwide program of YHAI on the Sleep for Peace has been served purposefully. YHAI Raigarh Unit Chairman: Sri Prashant Mishra, Secretary: Sri Suman Mandal, Treasurer: Sri Subash Panda along with active Volunteers like Sri Julfikar Ali, Sri Deepak Agrawal, Sri S.Sonu, Smt. Vinita Sharma were present in the program with Mr. Hemant, and Mr. Jagannath. State Chairman Sri Sandeep Seth was also present throughout the program with us and congratulated all the members of YHAI Raigarh Unit for successful completion of the program. Mr. K. Subramanyam (Secretary-YHAI, Chhattisgarh State) congratulated all members for the overall program.

Around 70 participants participated in this program from various units Dhamtari, Raipur, Korba, Bhilai and Bilaspur. The program was organised by Mr. Ramesh Dev, APC, CG State along with Mr. Yogesh Gupta, Chairman, Dhamtari Unit, and Mr. Hukum Chand Jain, Program Coordinator. The team visited Rajim, Holy place of Hindus and took blessings @ Rajiv Lochan Temple, and then the team visited Bhuteshwar Nath Temple at Gariaband District where Asia longest SHIV-LING is there and is increasing naturally. Then after, team had a trek of around 3 KM in dense forest and reached Parry Ghoomer spot. Participants had Breakfast, Lunch and Evening tea at various spots. Program ended with Certificate distribution. The State members present in the program were Sandeep Seth(Chairman), K Subramanyam( Secretary), Satish Shukla ( Org. 2402021-202229-07-2021KORBASeed Distribution to 12 States 29.07.2021YHAI CG state EPC member Mr. Shailendra Namdeo posted about he Seed / Saplings of Baijanti Moti in facebook gardening group. You all know that Lord Sri Krishna loved Baijanti Moti and used to wore the garland of that Moti. After posting, EPC received around 50 calls from different parts of India demanding the seed/sapling. We asked them to send their address and finally we received 42 address from different states as listed below: Uttarakhand - 01 Rajasthan - 08 Uttar Pradesh - 12 Haryana - 04 Delhi - 03 Madhya Pradesh - 04 Bihar - 01 Jharkhand - 01 Gujarat - 02 Maharashtra - 02 Punjab - 03 Andra Pradesh -01 Finally, the seeds of Baijanti, sunflower, vermilion (kumkum), marigold, lotus were sent by post to all the 40 members who demanded it. It is believed that this will increase the awareness of the Environment among the people.
