Vice President Manish Chandrakar ji suggested the administration to collect appropriate entry fee so that the amount can be given to the village committee to maintain cleanliness on regular basis. State APC Ramesh Dev, Dhananjay, Vishvesh, Hemant , Pooja and many other members participated in the program.
982023-202416-02-2024RAIPURYHAI Raipur Unit, CG State Honoured Cyclist Mr. Indra Sen Agarwal, a member of YHAI Raipur.Mr. Indra Sen Agarwal, YHAI member started his solo Cycle journey of about 4500 kilometers from Kanyakumari to Srinagar on 16 February 2024. The main objective of this Solo Cycle yatra is to create awareness among people about blood donation and saving life. The yatra has been named Journey from Ocean to Sky. The Solo Cycle Yatra of 4500 km is estimated to be completed in approximately 45 days. Shri Indra Sen Aggarwal has donated blood 75 times. Shri Aggarwal has so far travelled 28000 kilometres by bicycle. Last year, Shri Agarwal ji had completed the Narmada Parikrama Yatra which is about 3200 kms, which was completed in 34 days. The officials of Youth Hostel Chhattisgarh State Branch and Raipur Branch honoured Mr. Agarwal on 13th February and conveyed our best wishes. In the felicitation ceremony, the Agarwal couple was welcomed with a flower bukey by the State President Mr. Sunil Vishnoi. The Agarwal couple were welcomed with garlands by Raipur Branch Chairman Mr. Shashank Moghe, Secretary Mr. Ashok Jhabak and senior member Mr. Naidu. Shri Agarwal was given a mono printed T-shirt of Youth Hostel by Raipur Unit, which he will use during the cycle journey.

His first phase is scheduled to conclude on 11 March 2024 in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Covering 28,460 kms, 23 states in 482 day. On 31st Jan when he reached Bilaspur, he was welcomed by Youth Hostel of India Bilaspur unit at Rajiv Gandhi Chowk. On behalf of YHAI Bilaspur Unit President Dr. Bhaskar Chaurasia, State Vice President Shailesh Shukla, Mr. Kapoor Wasnik, Mr. Rohit Bargal, Mr. Akshay Alkari presented him a bouquet. “Green India” session was organised in Chhattisgarh Vidyalaya, a 100 years old educational institution where he shared his experiences among the children. Children were inspired by the topics like Plant trees, Conserve water and Say No to Plastic and Environmental Imbalance.

After boating for around 3 kms, participants reached the Island base and they did a very exciting trekking of 6 to 7 KMs through the jungles and mountains. Members were provided high tea in Gangrale, Lunch in the dense forest. Enjoyment also included Karaoke songs, Dance and ended up with Certificate Distribution. Program was conducted under the leadership of Dhamtari Chairman Yogesh Gupta assisted by State Vice President Hukumchan Jain, Unit Vice President Manish Chandrakar, Treasurer Venkteshar Sahu, State APC Ramesh Dev, Unit APC member Dhananjay Sonkar along with State Secretary K. For the first time, the program of distribution of blankets to needy people is being done under the guidance of Vice President Manish Chandrakar. Senior members of the organization Dr. Anant Dixit, Unit President Hukumchand Jain, Manish Chandrakar, Kushal Chopra, Venkateshwar Sahu, Ramesh Dev, Kailash Kukreja, Subodh Mahawar, Dhananjay Sonkar, Hemant Dekate, Mithali Dev, Dr. Kriti Mahawar, Vaishnavi Gupta, Rajkumari Sahu, Nandini Sonkar, Rahul Gupta, Krutika Gupta and others gave voluntary services for the program.

Members from Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon including Durg Bhilai participated in the event. 132 members of all age group took part in n the trekking. Unit President Rishikant Tiwari said that the natural beauty of Kachargarh surrounded by mixed forests rich in biodiversity invites everyone for exciting trekking with the family. Kachargarh is famous for its attractive natural beauty and amazing caves. The caves here are also counted among the big natural caves of Asia. Situated amidst dense forests and rugged hills, Kachargarh is also the center of faith of the Gond tribals. Program was organized under the leadership of Unit Chairman K. Subramanyam supported by Subodh Dewangan, Pankaj Mehta and others.In making the event successful old members ,Army persons, Doctors, Professors , School teachers and student, other persons working in GST, SAIL, Bank, District Court, Income Tax Department and other departments were too involved. The spot SHIV DHARA is named by yhai korba unit. Bilaspur unit members also joined the program under the leadership of Shailesh Shukla. Program conducted of Treking in River, Watch Lion Cave, Camping, Swing between trees , Games, Quiz, Delicious food, certificate distribution etc. The program was graced by Chief Guest Smt. and Shri Hemant Sachdeva and guest of Honour were Shri Rajesh Mishra ( Beauro chief Now Hindustan ). Yhai members also distributed clothes, stationary, cereals and sweets to PAHADI KORBA peoples. Other family members who actively participated were R. Program included Dam visit, trekking , visit to Eco park, various games, Antakshyari, playing Cricket, Delicious food, certificate distribution etc. Winners of various events were awarded.YHAI Raigarh celebrated the Birthday of Mrs.Sunita Agrawal by cake cutting ceremony followed by distribution of milk-candy to all .Yhai members also conducted a Clean Drive at the site and children particularly have shown keen interest on it. Program included young trekkers from different institutions namely Government Engineering College, Adharshila Vidya Mandir, J.P. Verma College etc. Many professors of Central University also participated in the program. This was the largest program in history of Bilaspur Unit in which 3 full buses and 6 four wheelers were used to shift the participants. Program included delicious breakfast, Lunch, Trekking of 8KM in lush green environment, games etc.Forest department members , Unit President Dr Bhaskar Chourasia, Unit Chairman CDR Sandeep Murarka, Mrs Nivedita Shukla, Samir Ahmed , Pankaj Panchaity, Satyabhama Awasthi, Mansoor Khan and Dr. Ajay Shrivastava were deeply involved in the program which resulted in a grand success.

Program also included visit to Kapil Dhara, Jain Temple, Mai ka Bagicha, Sonmuda, Jaleshwar Temple, Durga Dhara, Certificate Distribution and Camp Fire with delicious lunch , dinner etc. The dance of twince Reyansh and Shubhansh of 7 year old made Camp Fire a memorable event. The members visited Narmada Aarti first day and also had an acclimatization program. Second day morning trekking started after breakfast and packed lunch. Between the beautiful lush green environment team had a trek of 14 KM in Maikal Hills. On third day team visited Jaleshwar Temple, Kapil Dhara, Jain Temple, Mai ki Bagia and met with the members of Korba and Raigarh Unit where they had a joint photography session. Raju Sarda, Sanjeev Gadgil, Mrs Rakhi Jhabak, Unnati, Ansh, Priyam, Soni and Sagar helped in making the program a grand success and were present along with their family members. State President Sunil Vishnoi and State Chaiman Sandeep Seth Congratulated the team for the successful program.
