Chairman Sandeep Seth, Flag off the rally from Ghantaghar at 8AM. Around 50 Participants joined the event. Really concerned 170KM distance korba, Coffee point, devpahari, satrenga, Bango, Katghora and back to korba. Program included breakfast, Lunch evening snacks and tea . Snake rescue trainer Avinash Yadav ji gave training to members to deal with snake bite and also gave detail information of Snakes. Lunch made in Chulha was made by Jagriti Samuh ladies at Satrenga. Progran ended up with certificate distribution. Program was lead by Sandeep Seth, State Chairman. Shailendra Namdeo and PL Mirendra ji were Rally coordinator. Many new members also joined the program. Reena,Kalpana, ShivKumari, Shailesh, Bhaskar, Sharda, Meena, Rahul, Tribhuvan, Commer Sandeep actively helped in organising the program. Arvind, BalGovind, Ratna,Renu, Jaiprakash, Rajesh, Jainendra, Rita, Bhooshan, Vikas made the event a grand success.

Under the joint aegis of Youth Hostels Association of India, Dhamtari unit and Bhilai unit, a one-day monsoon adventure bike trekking was organized at Gajpalla Water Fall, Gariaband. Members from Dhamtari, Durg Bhilai, Raipur and Rajnandgaon gathered at this beautiful, exciting place, little known, unknown, and enjoyed the rain, biking, trekking and water falls to their heart's content. Giving detailed information regarding the event, Dhamtari Unit Chairman Yogesh Gupta said that despite being a joint event of two units, it was in a way like a Chhattisgarh state level event. This monsoon adventure bike trekking was prepared by Yogesh Gupta, Dhananjay Sonkar and Gopal Tamrakar. Sunny Vasani, Prapti Vasani, Naveen Sahu, Deepmala Sahu, Dr. Shakti Verma, Dr. Preeti Verma, Ravi Krishnani, Rahul Gupta, Dharmendra Gajendra, Kiran Sonwani, Rahul Saheb, Shubham, Shivani, Roshan, Amit, Bhupesh Naman for making the event successful. There was active participation of Jayesh, Ekta, Manish, Swapnil, Shreyans, Harsh, Abhay and other members of Raipur Bhilai and Rajnandgaon.

On this occasion, the objectives and activities of Youth Hostels were highlighted. The program started with garlanding and laying of flowers on the portrait of founder Richard Sirman. President of Bhilai unit Rishikant Tiwari how and when the youth hostels were established. Rishi Kant also narrated his memories of important national events. Chairman K. Subramaniam elaborated the achievements of the Bhilai unit. Secretary Subodh Dewangan said that youth hostels provide us an opportunity to connect with nature and eco-tourism at affordable rates. Apart from organizing events like trekking, biking, rock climbing, river rafting, para gliding, desert safari, snow games, the organization also conducts social activities like blood donation, family camping, tree plantation, environment conservation, distribution of materials among the needy etc. In the event P.K. Unit members also conducted Clean Drive program giving awareness of environment protection and cleanliness at religious tourist places. Rally started at 7.30 AM from Municipal Corporation Garden. The places covered in route were Budheshwar Temple - Kankali Talab Temple - Mahamaya Temple - Jaitusav Math - Doodhadhari Math - Hatkeshwar Mahadev Ghat Temple - Sarona Shiv Temple - ISKCON Temple Tatibandh - Banjari Mata Temple Banjari Nagar - Hanuman Temple Gudhiyari and concluded at Jain Dada Badi temple MG Road with Breakfast to the participants The total distance was around 40KMs.The program was organised under the leadership of President Sunil Vishnoi, Chairman Shashank Moghe and Secretary Ashok Jhabak. After the speech the flag was hoisted by the senior member of YHAI Mrs Suman Seth. Reeta Sharma garlanded the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. President Satish Shukla in his speech told the members that why we celebrate Independence on 15th Aug.The Program was organised under the leadership of Chairman Sandeep Seth. After the function Youth Hostel Celebrated birthday of Senior Member Smt Suman Seth by cake cutting ceremony followed by breakfast to all the members, and then sweets were also distributed to all the members. Around 40 members were present in the program. Rajesh, Tribhuvan, Vishaal, Sahu ji, Adv Purohit ji, Dr. Tripathy, Tiwariji, Shivani, Kalpana, Ritika, Aarav, Shiv, Swati, Vijesh and many other members were present in the successful program. 692024-202511-08-2024KORBA"Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam ", YHAI Korba Unit organised a mass sapling plantation under the PM mission at Jain Mandir Korba on 11.08.2024.Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam , YHAI Korba Unit organised a mass sapling plantation under the PM mission at Jain Mandir Korba on 11.08.2024.The program was organised in the center of Korba City at Jain Temple Premises which is a closed and protected Campus with caretaker. Around 60 members participated in the program. President , Secretary of Temple Committee members JK Jain , N.C. Jain and many other people along with family members participated in the mass plantation program. Youth Hostel Korba President Shri Satish Shukla, Manoj Mishra, AY Tomar, P L Mirendra , Shiv Kumari, Sharda, Kalpana, Suman , Maya Rani , Nilu, Rajesh, Tribhovan, Vishal jain, DB Subba and others were present during plantation. The Program was organised under the leadership of Korba Chairman Sandeep Seth. Bilaspur Unit President Shri Bhaskar Chourasia and Shri Shailesh Shukla also joined the program. Saplings of Neem, Jamun, Amrud, Sita Fal, Badam and many other were planted. Youth Hostel arranged refreshments for all the participants . Program ended up with vote of thanks given by Shri Shailendra Namdeo , korba Unit Secretary to all the members and also to the Committee members of Temple for providing us the space. President informed that YHAI will continue this social service throughout the year.
702024-202511-08-2024BHILAIYHAI Bhilai Unit - CG State organised One day monsoon adventure bike trekking in Dongargarh at Chunagota Water Fall Under the PM's "Har Ghar Tiranga" theme.One day Monsoon Adventure Bike Trekking was organized by Youth Hostels Association of India Bhilai unit in Chunagota Kauhapani Bachherabhantha Dongargarh area. The members of the youth hostels were mesmerized by the natural beauty of Chunagota Waterfall situated in the rugged dense forest and inaccessible mountains at a distance of 90 km from Durg Bhilai and 15 km from Dongargarh. A total of 40 members members of all age groups participated in it. For this Tricolor Yatra message, the tricolor flag was installed on all the bikes, due to which the Bhilai unit had a unique identity throughout the route and throughout the day's event. President of Bhilai unit, Rishikant Tiwari, Chairman. K Subramaniam and Secretary Subodh Dewangan said that the event concluded with high tea and certificate distribution at Bortalao. Jagdalpur unit treasurer Vineet Aggarwal also had a proud presence in this trekking.

Members took oath to protect and nurture the environment which was given by the Chief Guest Dr. Prakash Mishra Director Metro Hospital Raigarh and Administrator Shri Dinesh Tripathi of the Metro Hospital. Saplings of Peeple, Anwala, Amaltas, Bamboo etc were planted in the campous of the hospital. The saplings were planted in the protected area were watering will not be a problem on daily basis. The program was lead by Unit Chairman Ajay Jaiswal. Body Members Subhash Panda, Shaiju Abraham and Prashant Mishra of Raigarh unit , Mr Ashish Pandey Mr. Dwarika Prasad Jaiswal and other staff members of the Metro hospital made the event a grand success. One day Monsoon Adventure Bike Expedition and Trekking was organized in Dongargarh area by Youth Hostels Association of India Bhilai unit. The main objective of this trekking organized on World Nature Conservation Day was to spread the name of the national campaign Ek Ped Maa to the public in the direction of nature and environment protection and to spread awareness about the environment. The bikers were sent off for trekking after being flagged off with the proud presence of the members of Muskaan Foundation at grandparents Nana Nani Park Durg and good wishes by Gajendra Yadav, MLA Durg.Fifty men and women bikers traveled from Durg Bhilai to Maa Patal Bhairavi Temple Barfani Ashram Rajnandgaon, Sachchiya Mata Temple Oshiya Dham Tappa, Chandragiri Teerth, Maa Bamleshwari Temple (both top and bottom), Dongargarh and Maa Bhavani Temple Karela via Thelkadih. Returned safely after covering a distance of 150 km.A total of ten women members also enthusiastically participated in this bike adventure trekking. The two km path to Chandragiri Teerth was quite risky and slippery due to it being under construction and raining. There was a constant fear of an accident due to even the slightest carelessness. Biking on this route was really very exciting.
