It is not easy to reach here as its located in a dense forest , about 25 km from the human settlement. The place is very attractive, free from urban noise and pollution. The members also visited Khallari Mata Temple. From Bhilai Eight members including Bhilai Unit Secretary Subodh Dewangan also participated in this event.Manish Chandrakar, Subodh Mahawar, Sushma Nanda, Kajal Munjwani, Lakshmi Dewangan, Ramesh Minni, Parwinder Khalsa and all other members played a commendable role in making the event successful.
1102023-202417-12-2023JAGDALPURYHAI Jagdalpur(Adhoc Unit) CG State organised a Manjhipal Trekking & Training program on 17/12/2023.YHAI Jagdalpur(Adhoc Unit) CG State organised a Manjhipal Trekking & Training program on 17/12/2023.Around 20 members participated in the program. Team started from Jagdalpur at 6.30 AM and reached the home stay Amcho Ladi of Manjhipal village of Darbha block which is located 38 km from Jagdalpur. After Introduction and breakfast the trekking started at 10AM. The trek was done in Kanger Valley which was very challenging and took 5 hrs to cover a distance of 6 KM to and fro. New members were happy to join the trek. Team crossed river 3 times during the trek which was most attractive part of the Program. At the end of a trekking a hidden water fall was visible thereafter surrounded by the mountains. This was the first trek as informed by many participants.Ms Rekha & Mr. Anil Lunkad gave the introduction of YHAI. Program ended with certificate distribution after having a delicious lunch. State team congratulated the Adhoc Unit and its members for organizing a successful program.
1112023-202417-12-2023CG-STATEYouth Hostel Association of India Chhattisgarh State Branch Completed One Day Trek Cum Trainingprogram at Sutiapat Youth Hostel Association of India Chhattisgarh State Branch Completed One Day Trek Cum Trainingprogram at Sutiapat.Youth Hostels Association of India, Chhattisgarh State Branch, organized a state level one-day trekking cum training camp at Maa Hinglaj Bhavani Temple, Sutiapat Reservoir, Sahaspur, Lohara, District Kawardha. Around 55 members of all age groups participated enthusiastically in this event. The members were mesmerized by the unimaginable panoramic geographical topography of Sutiapat Reservoir, surrounded by mountains, covered with trees and plants. That place was definitely giving the members a feeling of fantasyland in today's mechanical lifestyle.The members trekked two kilometers up the hill and reached the Maa Hinglaj Bhavani temple. The members also enjoyed delicious food and tea and snacks at the base camp Krishna Kamal Goshala complex amidst dense forests. In the evening people shared their experiences in the campfire.While going to Sutiyapat, the members also visited Adishakti Chandi Mata Temple, Biranpur. All the members played an active role in making the event successful. After participating in the event, all the members returned home with a happy heart and cherished precious unforgettable memories.

In which members enjoyed the natural beauty of lush green forests and mountains. Members thrilled to see the beautiful panoramic view all around from the Killewadi Hill Temple. 4 Kms trek was organized. Our members working with Civil Defense Services in Railways organized a rappelling program for the members. Members enjoyed this activity; new members were much excited to see the activity and suggested to organize rappelling and river crossing activity in every trek.

The main motto of the Milan Samaroh was to honour the senior citizen . Senior Citizens were honoured with Swals and Shreefal. The program was organised by female members of YHAI Poonam, Kalpana, Shivani, Ritika . Senior citizen who were present during the program were Mrs and Mr Pati, Mrs and Mr Sharma, Mrs Tamrakar and Mrs Suman. Program ended with delicious lunch. Chairman Sandeep Seth informed that Rahul, Sandeep , Kaku etc helped in streaming the program.

1192023-202428-10-2023DHAMTARISharad Purnima Lolar Dai Mandir Bike TrekYHAI Dhamtari Unit CG State organised as per tradition, on the occasion of Sharad Purnima, visited Lolar Dai Temple on 28 October 2023. Temple is situated in the jungle, 20 km away from Dhamtari, which is worshiped as the goddess of 13 villages. It is situated amidst the jungles and there is also movement of wild animals in the forest. Members who participated in the program are Yogesh Gupta, Hukum Chand Minni, Dr. Anant dixit, Manish Chandrakar, Ramesh Dev, Venktesh Sahu, Dhananjay Sonkar, Hemant Dekate , Satram Vasani, Vaishnavi Gupta, Rajkumari Sahu, Nandini Sonkar ,Subodh Mahawar, Dr. Kriti Mahawar, Prapti Vasani and Anya.
1202023-202420-10-2023CG-STATEYHAI CG State with Korba and Bilaspur Unit jointly Organised 3D2N Nature Study Cum Training Program to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee Year of YHA India.YHAI CG State with Korba and Bilaspur Unit jointly Organised 3D2N Nature Study Cum Training Program to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee Year of YHA India.The first YHAI CG State's interstate program organised and streamlined by State Chairman Sandeep Seth from 20-24th Oct 2023 at Vishakhapatnam. *75 members (Platinum Jubilee) participated in the program including 37 Students and Staff of CPWS, Bilaspur(Institutional Member). Raipur Unit team provided delicious dinner to all the participants in the train. We booked 2 buses at VIZAG. First day we visited Kailashgiri, Rishikonda beach, Indian Metrological department ( Weather forecast station), Tineeti Park, riding Toy Train, witnessed the Telugu Greatman atTelugu Museum followed by enjoying at RK Beach. Second Day we visited Navy Dockyard, INS SINDHUSHASTRA Submarine, War Ship RANVIJAY, TU142 Museum, Sea Harrier Museum. Third day we visited BORRA caves, Arku Valley etc. We organised Certificate Distribution Program in the evening. Mr. C. Ravipaul (National Vice President), Mr. K Surya Narayana, Mr. P Satyanandam ji were present in the program from A.P. State Branch. Shri K Surya Narayana presented shawl to all the Executive Members of CG State. CG State also presented Mementos to AP YHAI members.We had a tough and hactic schedule and walked around 30 KM in 3 days and gave our best. Although all were tired. But all have enjoyed the trip and will remember the trip throughout their life. On return we celebrated Birthday of Taniya, School Student at Bilaspur Station.Special thanks to all the volunteers of YHAI Satish Shukla, Shailesh Shukla, CDR Sandeep Murarka, Dr. Bhaskar Chourasia, Dr. Nishant, Rahul Gupta, Subash Panda who were present thgrougout the program 3D2N Nature study and training camp.
