About 65 women , men and children of all age groups participated in this exciting trekking organized in the dense jungle mountain of Chhattisgarh Madhya Pradesh border area , 100 km away from Durg Bhilai. Giving detailed information about the organization Unit Chairman K. Subramaniam told that the hilly , wild , difficult ups and downs and winding route from Khairagarh to Bhothali Bhujari fascinated everyone.The members completed an exciting track of about six km between the dense forest mountain , drain waterfall with mutual cooperation. Secretary Subodh Dewangan informed that there was unprecedented enthusiasm among the members for travel,trekking and adventure. Certificates were distributed to the participants after a delicious lunch at the base camp. Rishikant Tiwari, K Subramanyam, Subodh dewangan, Rajesh Saxena,Vibhav Tiwari, Nigendra Thakur, K. Sindhu, Shweta Tiwari, Rashmi Dhandore , Bharti Mishra, Pushpalata Verma , Girija Sahu , Isha Dhandore, K. 1592022-202312-02-2023KORBA1D Trekking & Training on the bank of river Hasdeo ar Kudurmaal, KorbaYHAI CG State - Korba Unit organised 1D Trekking and Training Program on the bank of river Hasdeo on 12.02.2023. Shri B.D. Baghel (ED DSPM Korba) gave consent for YHAI Korba's Patron. The program was organised at Kudurmal 15 KM from Korba. Chief Guest Shri B.D. Bagel (ED DSPM Korba) along with Guest of Honours Shri Kamlesh Yadav ( Patron Press Club) and Shri Tarun Mishra ( Senior Journalist) made the program a grand success. Around 65 YHAI members participated in the family Trekking and Training Program. A 3KM trek on the bank of River Hasdeo was also organised for the members. The program included Welcoming of Guest, Introduction of members, Speech by Dignitaries, Family Trekking, Song Presentation, Delicious Food, Certificate distribution and Momentos Presentation of all the three Guests. Marriage Anniversary of Shashi and Vinita was also celebrated by cutting cake as a part of the program. All the three guest took the membership of YHAI and B D Baghel (ED DSPM Korba) also accepted proposal for being a CHIEF PATRON of Korba unit. Members J L Sahu with his family members, Senior most member Suman Seth, Ratna Namdeo , Manoj Mishra and Chief Guest participated in the Song presentation. State Chairman Sandeep Seth appraied the gathering about YHAI and its benefits. D B Subba and Vikas Namdeo were Trek leaders. The view in the middle of the cave under the mountain was very mesmerizing. Certificates were distributed to the participants after a delicious lunch at the base camp. Local children and villagers also participated in the meal. On this occasion the organization distributed fruits among the local children. The next stop of trekking was the panoramic area of Betal Rani Valley in front of Chhindari Reservoir on Chhuikhadan Salhewara road. According to eyewitnesses, this valley with sixteen turns is more exciting and beautiful than the famous Keskal valley. The members were overwhelmed with emotion after observing the natural scenery around there. Seeing the beauty of that place, no one had any desire to return. The main architects of this event were Rajesh Mishra and Ashish Mishra. Village head of Bhujari Rajaram Markam and his team played a commendable role in forest area tracking. Rajnandgaon, Khairagarh and Chhuikhadan were also participants in this event. Neeraj Rathore, Rajesh Saxena, Prashant Joshi, Rajkumar Rastogi, Ramakant Verma, Prashant Aggarwal was instrumental in making the event successful. In which 70 members of all age groups participated. Dhamtari Unit Chairman, Yogesh Gupta informed that the members first visited Adishakti at Ranimai Temple Narra, which is surrounded by forests. A four kilometers trek was done in the forest region. The trek was completed with mutual cooperation in a wild hilly area with ups and downs. At many places the trek was made possible with the help of ropes. 45 children and staff of Vandemataram Vidyalaya also participated in the event. Children while trekking for the first time, were very happy to see the geographical topography of dense forest.Yogesh Gupta , Ramesh Dev, Children and staff of Vande Mataram School, K Subramanyam, Subodh Devangan and other members made the event a grand success. State Chairman and other members congratulated team Dhamtari.
1632023-202429-01-2023BHILAIMegalithic Monument Karkabhat Bhilai and Dhamtari unit jointly organized a one-day trekking in Ranimai Siyadehi forest area. In which 70 male and female members of all age groups participated.Giving detailed information regarding the event, Chairman of Bhilai Unit, K.Subramanyam said that the members were very thrilled to see the megalithic archaeological site at Karkabhat on the Balod-Dhamtari National Highway for the first time. According to the information received from experts, this archaeological remains is about five thousand years old and is the largest among the megalithic period monuments available so far in the Asian continent. Subodh Dewangan, Joint Secretary of the State Branch, said that as the next stop, the members took the darshan of Adishakti at Ranimai Temple Narra surrounded by forests and trekked about four kilometers in the forest state. The track was completed with mutual cooperation in the forested hilly area with ups and downs. At many places the track was possible with the help of rope. 45 children of Vandemataram Vidyalaya also participated in the event. The children present in the trekking for the first time were very happy to see the geographical topography of Jungle Pahad, different types of trees and plants, the forest burning with Palash flowers and colorful flowers and birds. Senior member of the organization and APC in-charge of the state branch, Ramesh Dev told that, after that, the next stop was Siyadehi temple area, where the members had lunch in the afternoon after having darshan with devotion. After half an hour's rest, the track started again, which was about two kilometers. This track was even more risky and exciting. Yogesh Gupta, Chairman Dhamtari Unit, said that the last stop of the campaign was Barhi Dam, Kholdongri; Where the members visited the hilly area above the temple after seeing Mahadev enshrined in a shell under the mountain. The natural scenery in all four directions from here is very beautiful. Ramesh Dev, Yogesh Gupta, Dhananjay Sonkar, local guides Raj Sahu and Birbal Bhai played an active role in giving shape to the event. In making this event successful, all the children of Vande Mataram Vidyalaya along with their staff Shraddha Rathi, Dr. Amar Singh Sahu, Shakuntala Sahu, Prof. P. C. Chaudhary, Dr. Sheshanarayan Chandrakar, Deepmala Sahu, Abhay Thite, Gopal Tamrakar, Kritika Gupta, K. There are ancient Shiva temples and many architectural blocks on this island. Two very ancient Shiva temples of about 10th and 11th centuries are situated on this island. Around 95 members participated in the program from various units Korba, Bhilai, Raipur, Jagdalpur including Bilaspur. A trek of approx 9.5 KM was covered. The Program Included Trekking, Process of doing Natural Farming, making Wormi-compost, Delicious breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks, Boating, Visiting Temples at Madku Dweep, Sua Dance followed by Certificate Distribution. The team members Shailesh Shukla , Bhaskar Chourasia, Mansoor Khan , Satyabhama Madam, CDR Sandeep Murarka, Yash Mishra and Samir Ahmed were involved from Bilaspur Unit to make the program a Grand Success. Other State officials who were present in the program included Sandeep Seth, K Subramanyam, Satish Shukla, Rahul Gupta, D B Subba, Shailendra Namdeo and Manoj Mishra. The organization basically organizes tourism and adventure activities along with creating awareness towards nature and environmental protection. It remains continuously active in its social concerns and other creative activities. Chairman K. Subramaniam said that through youth hostels we get acquainted with the untouched aspects of nature; Youth hostels provide all facilities including subsidized accommodation and food to such remote and inaccessible geographical places where it is generally not possible for a common man to go.According to Secretary Rajesh Mahadik, family entertaining and interesting competitions were also organized on this occasion; In which all the members participated enthusiastically and were very happy. Chairman Yogesh Gupta informed the Forest Officer about the form prepared by the organization in which measures have been given to protect wild elephants. President Mr. Hukum Chand Jain requested him to make arrangements to distribute this form in elephant affected villages with the help of his supporting staff so that the people of the affected areas could be made aware.Mr. Pandey welcomed this idea and urged the members of Dhamtari unit to stay with the Forest Department officials at the time of distribution of forms and cooperate in making people aware.
