YHAI Raigarh Unit CG State jointly with Students of O P Jindal School (Institutional Member of YHAI) organised a plantation program on the occasion of World Environment Day June 2023. Saplings of fruit and flowers were planted by the team. Unit Chairman Ajay Jaiswal, Treasurer Subash Panda, Secretary Shaiju Abraham and Member Mahendra Dansena along with students of OPJS participated in the program. Students were given responsibility to water the plants daily in morning and evening hours by Chairman. The program for organised under the leadership of Ajay Jaiswal and Subash Panda. State President Sunil Vishnoi, Chairman Sandeep Seth, Secretary K Subramanyam and other members congratulated the team for the noble work.
1472023-202405-06-2023BILASPURYHAI Bilaspur Unit CG State and State EPC Member Mansoor Khan initiated the campaign to promote the use of paper bags on the occasion of World Environment Day.YHAI Bilaspur Unit CG State Under the guidance of Deputy Director of Achanakmar Tiger Reserve and State EPC Member Mansoor Khan initiated the campaign to promote the use of paper bags for environmental protection in rural Village Lamani on the occasion of World Environment Day. Explaining the harm caused by plastic bags and its effect on their cattle, they were told to ban its use. Pamphlets were distributed to the villagers for the awareness and measures to be taken to prevent when elephants enters the Village. Junior members Ms Shivi, Master Gaurang, Ms Shivika (School Students) went to local rural shops and distributed paper bags. YHAI Members who actively participated in the program are Devendra Barik, Sandeep Agarwal, Shailesh Shukla.

Around 20 member team was present. Saplings of Guava, Neem, Amla, Almond etc were planted on the occassion. Necessary arrangement for watering the plants and protection was also done by the team. The program was lead by Shri Anil Lunkad. Other members present were State President Shri Sunil Vishnoi, CDR Sandeep Murarka, Vidhu Shekhar Jha, Shankar Lal Agrawal, Anil Agrawal, Ms Rekha, Ms Lipi, Mr Vyas , Yogesh Gupta, Shri Shrivastava ,Dr. K L Azad, Shiv Ratan Khatri. Anil Lunkad informed the members that very soon new programs will be made for the members. State members congratulated the team for the successful program.

State APC member Ramesh Dev said that saplings of fruitful and shady trees like mango, guava, jamun, jackfruit, amla, neem, vine etc were planted. Chairman Yogesh Gupta informed that under social concerns, every year on the occasion of World Environment Day the organization takes a pledge for conservation and promotion by planting trees.Condolence of 2 minutes was observed for the peace of all the departed souls who died in the train accident in Balasore. Around 30 YHAI members present in the program made is successful.

In which fruit trees of mango, jam, amla jackfruit, chikoo, tamarind, sitaphal etc. were planted by the unit. CG State and Unit President Mr. Sunil Vishnoi, Chairman Mr. Shashank Moghe, Vice Presidents Vimal Shriwas and Mahendra Pansari and Secretary Ashok Jhabak and Mr. Praveer Sen Sharma were present in the programme.

Members took oath to protect and nurture the environment which was given by the Chief Guest Shri BD Baghel Patron Korba Unit and Executive Director of DSPM power plant. Saplings of Neem, Laxmitaru etc were planted on the occassion. The saplings were planted in the protected area were watering will not be a problem on daily basis. The program ended by giving Condolence to the peoples who lost their life in Recent Train Accident at BALASOOR, Odissa.The program was lead by Sandeep Seth, Ayendra Singh Tomar, Satish Shukla and Manoj Mishra. Rahul Gupta, ML Sahu, Vijesh, Shailendra, C S Raghuram, Shri Rajput, Shri Pradhan, Shri Ravindra , Shri Billare and other members made the event a grand success.

1562023-202417-05-2023BHILAIYHAI Bhilai UnitI Neetu singh, along with my family attended Srinagar family camp 2023 from 17th may to 24th may organised by Youth hostel Association of India in Srinagar. I must say that it was a pleasant experience for whole of my family. The venue was in itself so beautiful that that we were very impressed with it -tenting accommodation in an apple orchid with mountain range in the backdrop and river flowing with its sound easily heard was all enchanting. Our day started with tea and breakfast and packed Lunch was provided to us for the journey. In the first day of our trip be visited Pahalgam. We were having options to either visit chandanwadi and Aru Valley or either to visit Biseran Valley. We opted for visiting the Mini Switzerland also called Biseran Valley. The Gateway to Pahalgam was in itself so heartt touching as the magnificent view of Lidder river all along the Pahalgam was unforgettable. We enjoyed trecking the Biseran Valley on horses. The beauty of the place was splendid. On the second and third day of our trip, we visited Gulmarg the valley of flowers, Kheer Bhawani temple, Manasbal lake and Enjoyed Shikara ride. We also enjoyed traditional photoshoot in the Badamwadi campus. But the most enchanting journey was still left. We visited Sonamarg valley and Thajiwas glacier at the last day of our trip. In spite of taking horses we decided to track up to Glacier which was approximately a distance of 7 km. All along the narrow lanes in the mountain, we walked parallel to the horses and immersed into the enchanting beauty of the Sonamarg valley. All along our trek, the gorgeous Glacier river with crystal Clear Water was flowing. After reaching the destination we enjoyed sledge ride and walked back to our destination. What I want to say is that it was an all encompassing trip with great hospitality and guidance given by youth hostel Association of India. I I express my sincere thanks to the organisation for giving me such a lifetime experience.
