The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 32 members. The team commenced the journey at 8:45 AM and reached the venue to take part in trekking and training activities amidst serene natural surroundings. To add fun and strengthen team spirit, a lively Housie session was conducted, along with a series of games and recreational activities for children, youth, and adults—all participated with great enthusiasm and festive joy. Special emphasis was placed on environmental cleanliness, ensuring that no litter was left behind—reflecting YHAI’s strong commitment to nature conservation. This memorable event was graced by Mr. Sandeep Seth, Chairman, YHAI Chhattisgarh State, who enlightened members about YHAI and its benefits. The programme was organised under the leadership of Mr. Ajay Kumar Jaiswal, President, and ably supported by Mr. Vikas Patel (Chairman), Mr. Subhash Chandra Panda (Treasurer), and Mr. Prashant Pandey (Secretary). Their guidance and teamwork contributed immensely to the success of the event. At the conclusion, participation certificates were distributed to all attendees, while prizes ? were awarded to the winners of various games. The group returned to Raigarh at 5:15 PM, marking the end of a day filled with joy, unity, and festive spirit. The presence and active participation of members — Sandeep Pal, Julfikar Ali, Kamarjahan, Keyan, Surashree, Swechchha Pandey, Rajesh Choudhary, Munmun Choudhary, Rakhi Debnath, Vandana Jaiswal, Mamta Pal, Gangaram, Soudamini Panda, Atharv, Suthirth, Swarit, Subham, Suman, Bharati, Kamlesh Sao, Meena Sao, Neha Keshari, and Kalyan Keshari, among others — made the event a grand success.

The election process was conducted smoothly under the supervision of Observer Mrs. S. Usha Vani, with Ms. Melwyn Choubey officiating as the Election Officer. Elected Office Bearers are President- Mr. Ajay Kumar Jaiswal, Chairman: Mr. Vikas Patel, Vice Presidents: Mr. Babua Das and Mr. Sk. Julfikar Ali, Treasurer: Mr. Subash Chandra Panda. Nominated Members are Secretary: Mr. Prashant Pandey, Organising Secretary: Mr. Gangaram Sharma, APC: Ms. Punita Vohra, EPC: Mrs. Swechcha Pandey, CPC: Mrs. Vandana Jaiswal, The newly elected and nominated team will lead the Raigarh Unit for the term 2025–2028 with the vision of promoting youth development and hostel activities in the region.

Chairman Ajay Jaiswal , Treasurer Subash Panda and Sandeep Seth were present at the moment. Raigarh unit extended best wishes to him for his future journey. Chandan Samjdar ji , a Youth Hosteller of Bilaspur Unit – CG State and a SOLO cyclist started his journey to cover Seven Sister One Brother Trip on 19th Feb 2025. The aim of undertaking such an adventurous journey even at the age of 60 is "Protect Our Mother Nature" . He will cover a distance of 25000 KM during his journey. The Yatra was flagged off by retired Col. Rakesh Singh Bisen and retired Group Captain Y Srinivas from Nehru Chowk, Bilaspur on 19 February 2025 at 8 am.

Members took oath to protect and nurture the environment which was given by the Chief Guest Dr. Prakash Mishra Director Metro Hospital Raigarh and Administrator Shri Dinesh Tripathi of the Metro Hospital. Saplings of Peeple, Anwala, Amaltas, Bamboo etc were planted in the campous of the hospital. The saplings were planted in the protected area were watering will not be a problem on daily basis. The program was lead by Unit Chairman Ajay Jaiswal. Body Members Subhash Panda, Shaiju Abraham and Prashant Mishra of Raigarh unit , Mr Ashish Pandey Mr. Dwarika Prasad Jaiswal and other staff members of the Metro hospital made the event a grand success. Chairman Ajay Jaiswal informed to all the participants that many such social programs will be organied by YHAI raigarh unit in future.

Program included Dam visit, trekking , visit to Eco park, various games, Antakshyari, playing Cricket, Delicious food, certificate distribution etc. Winners of various events were awarded.YHAI Raigarh celebrated the Birthday of Mrs.Sunita Agrawal by cake cutting ceremony followed by distribution of milk-candy to all .Yhai members also conducted a Clean Drive at the site and children particularly have shown keen interest on it. The team under the leadership of State Chairman Sandeep Seth organised the program in which around 40 Participants took part. Korba team welcomed Raigarh team members on their arrival to Korba. Shailendra Namdeo, Kalpana Seth, Satish Shukla and Vijesh presented the bouquet to team members of Raigarh. Siddhesh Namdev (5 year old ) boys birthday was celebrated on the way. Team Visited Kabir Chabutra, took blessings of NARMADA Mai and also famous Narmada Aarti. Program also included visit to Kapil Dhara, Jain Temple, Mai ka Bagicha, Sonmuda, Jaleshwar Temple, Durga Dhara, Certificate Distribution and Camp Fire with delicious lunch , dinner etc. The dance of twince Reyansh and Shubhansh of 7 year old made Camp Fire a memorable event. Team enjoyed a lot and met Raipur Team at Kapil Dhara and had joint Photography. Unit President Satish Shukla, Executive member Rahul Gupta, P L Mirendra helped in making the program a grand Success. Padmshree Dr. Seth in his interaction informed the students that how classical music plays an important role to improve the mathematical skill in ourself. Principal of School R K Trivedi, Life Member Ashwini Sahu, Unit Chairman Ajay Jaiswal, National Council Member Subash Panda and Life Member Deepak Agrawal along with other member Ravindra Sharma , Manu Mishra, Shilpa Dixit and Jasleen Kaur helped in program coordination. Students were given responsibility to water the plants daily in morning and evening hours by Chairman. The program for organised under the leadership of Ajay Jaiswal and Subash Panda. State President Sunil Vishnoi, Chairman Sandeep Seth, Secretary K Subramanyam and other members congratulated the team for the noble work.

Around 80 School students participated in the program. The competition was categorized in 4 different categories age wise, and further sub categorized on the Topic a) Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav b) Environment and c) Awareness to avoid Single Use Plastic. The results will be declared soon after the judgment. The program was conducted under the supervision of Unit Vice President Babua Das. Chairman Ajay Jaiswal and Treasurer Subash Panda streamlined the whole program and were well supported by Vice President Prashant Mishra and Secretary Shaiju Abraham. Unit President Sanjay Debnath informed that many more such programs will be conducted in future. State Chairman Sandeep Seth congratulated the whole team for the successful completion of the program.

As a concluding part of his long travel, he reached Raigarh yesterday. Raigarh Unit Members Sanjay Debnath, Ajay Jaiswal, Shaiju Abraham, Subash Panda, Laxman Dubey, Ashwini Sahu and many other YHAI members along with small kids welcomed him. Students of O.P. Jindal School (Institutional Member of YHAI) had an interactive session with him followed by the certificate distribution and musical programme. State Chairman Sandeep Seth has extended his best wishes to Mr. Chandan on the successful culmination of his journey.

Students were taught how to plant saplings, Team also shared the knowledge of environment values in there life and how the upcoming youth can preserve the environment.YHAI team was helped by many teachers of the school.Members gave thanks to all the teachers for giving their valuable time for organizing the event .
