After boating for around 3 kms, participants reached the Island base and they did a very exciting trekking of 6 to 7 KMs through the jungles and mountains. Members were provided high tea in Gangrale, Lunch in the dense forest. Enjoyment also included Karaoke songs, Dance and ended up with Certificate Distribution. Program was conducted under the leadership of Dhamtari Chairman Yogesh Gupta assisted by State Vice President Hukumchan Jain, Unit Vice President Manish Chandrakar, Treasurer Venkteshar Sahu, State APC Ramesh Dev, Unit APC member Dhananjay Sonkar along with State Secretary K. Subramanyam and State organizing secretary Subodh Dewangan.State President Sunil Vishnoi and Chairman Sandeep Seth congratulated the participnats and team members.

For the first time, the program of distribution of blankets to needy people is being done under the guidance of Vice President Manish Chandrakar. Senior members of the organization Dr. Anant Dixit, Unit President Hukumchand Jain, Manish Chandrakar, Kushal Chopra, Venkateshwar Sahu, Ramesh Dev, Kailash Kukreja, Subodh Mahawar, Dhananjay Sonkar, Hemant Dekate, Mithali Dev, Dr. Kriti Mahawar, Vaishnavi Gupta, Rajkumari Sahu, Nandini Sonkar, Rahul Gupta, Krutika Gupta and others gave voluntary services for the program.

It is not easy to reach here as its located in a dense forest , about 25 km from the human settlement. The place is very attractive, free from urban noise and pollution. The members also visited Khallari Mata Temple. From Bhilai Eight members including Bhilai Unit Secretary Subodh Dewangan also participated in this event.Manish Chandrakar, Subodh Mahawar, Sushma Nanda, Kajal Munjwani, Lakshmi Dewangan, Ramesh Minni, Parwinder Khalsa and all other members played a commendable role in making the event successful.

In which members enjoyed the natural beauty of lush green forests and mountains. Members thrilled to see the beautiful panoramic view all around from the Killewadi Hill Temple. 4 Kms trek was organized. Our members working with Civil Defense Services in Railways organized a rappelling program for the members. Members enjoyed this activity; new members were much excited to see the activity and suggested to organize rappelling and river crossing activity in every trek.

Temple is situated in the jungle, 20 km away from Dhamtari, which is worshiped as the goddess of 13 villages. It is situated amidst the jungles and there is also movement of wild animals in the forest. After first having darshan of the self-proclaimed Mahakali Mata in Khallari, team visited Gautam Rishi, the most inaccessible mountain in the Saptrishi, for several hundred years. After going up the hill which is quite high, the view from top is no less than heaven. According to a myth, a small bunch of Amrit fell here which is known as Amrit Kund. Because of the abundance of snakes found in this area, it is also called Snake Lok which is at a short distance from Gautam Rishi's Ashram on the same hill and going there is quite risky. Unit Chairman Yogesh Gupta, Dhananjay Donkar, Ventesh Prasad, Raj kumari , Nandini Sokar, Vaishnavi Gupta, Rahul Gupta, Kritika Gupta, Ushita, Vaidic, Harsh, Abhay, Bharat Sinha etc. participated in the program.

Members took bath in the water fall, took blessings of Lord Narsingh and then visited Patora Dam.Program was organized under the leadership of Unit Chairman of Dhamtari Yogesh Gupta, Supported by Parminder Kaur Gill, Deepmala Sahu, Geeta Sinha, Naveen Sahu, Hemant Dekate, Staff members of Mujgahan School and Sanjay Chandrakar the Principal. Chairman Yogesh Gupta explained the mission and vision of YHAI to all the participants. State President, Chairman, Secretary and other members congratulated the team.

Shishupal is around 250KM from Dhamtari. 50 members team lead by Chairman Yogesh Gupta and State APC Ramesh Deo departed at 5.30AM by mini bus and pilot vehicle scorpio from Dhamtari and reached at the base at 11AM. After a 3 KM steep climb team reached the spot and saw the beautiful water fall surrounded by the mountains. Team had few games, lunch, water bath and returned back to Dhamtari around 11PM. Few members who actively participated in the program are Dhananjay Sonkar, Venkatesh Sahu, Parvinder, Deepmala, Puja ,Mohan, Sukhramani, Durgesh, Aakash, Prapti, Geeta, Kiran and Rahul. State President, Chairman, Secretary and other members congratulated the team Dhamtari for the wonderful program.

Giving detailed information about the event, Chairman Yogesh Gupta said that under the leadership of EPC Subodh Mahawar, a free camp for Pollution Under Control Certificate(PUC) was organized for all types of vehicles on 12.07.2023. A quiz related to environmental awareness was also held in this camp. This was widely appreciated program and was held for the first time by the unit.This is the continuous awareness campaign of Dhamtari unit for the last 15 years. A resolution was also taken by the members to boycott polythene. The program was held under the guidance of Senior member Dr. Anant Dixit, President of Dhamtari unit Hukumchand Jain and Ramesh Dev.
